That's The Way I Want My Rock N Roll

Well now i know how Phil Rudd must feel after a show.

My son got ROCKBAND for Wii for christmas and we have been rocking since.

Playing the guitar is OK, even singing to my favourite band is OK, but drumming is something totally other than the else. I now understand all the bad drummer jokes floating around, you must be totally whacked to be able to play the drums.

But the drumming aside, this is good clean family entertainment I tell you! We will be rocking for many an hour yet!!

Brian Johnson author shock!!

According to the Sarasota Herald Tribune 18 Dec.
Our favourite frontman is going to write a
book about himself. he's going to write, amongst
other things, about his love of cars. He says to the Herald:
“cars have been a big part of my life. I’m lucky enough that I’m able to buy some of the exotic ones. Instead of doing drugs, I did motorcars. I’m not sure which one is more expensive."

Legends Of Rock

Here's an early christmas gift from me to you.

This is an Australian TV Show called "Legends Of Rock". It's 20 minutes long and contains videoclips from the early days up til the video for "R n R Train". The main body of the show is a recent interview with Angus and Brian. This show was aired in Australia early December.

Anything Goes In St Paul

Anything Goes In St Paul is the name of a new bootleg from
the US leg of the BLACK ICE world tour.
Recorded on November 23 2008 at Xcel energy Center, St Paul.
It's an audience recording with a totally OK sound.

Our boys rock it out bigtime!

Let There Be Train

This one came in the mail just the other day.
It's their latest single

"Rock N Roll Train" on 7" vinyl.

How cool is that?

Now I think i've got all the releases from

the mighty BLACK ICE album. At least those

released in Sweden.

Highway To Heaven!?!

I will of course attend both of the shows at the Globe Arena, Stockholm in February next year. The first of the two shows sold out in 11 minutes flat and the second one in about 20.

I managed to get tickets to both of the shows!!

Money Talks

Money will get you far,

it will at least get you
records and merchandise.
These are a few items i´ve purchased from their latest release BLACK ICE.
What you see in the picture is all of the different CD versions of the album and the vinyl copy too.
Top left is the european only release in a tin can
containing not only the album itself but also a DVD of the making of

R n R Train video a few stickers and a AC/DC plectrum (i.e Pic for you yanks).
Bottom left is an icescraper for your car windshield.

It came complimentary with buying the album in Sweden.

And goddarn has it come in handy this winter!!

For Those About To Blog...

Hi there all you Acca Dacca fanatics out there around the globe!

There has been an 8 year long wait for the
new Acca Dacca album to hit the streets.
There has been an equal long time since my old AC/DC site
called The PoweragePage been defunct.

I´ve been itching to get a new site going but time
and money isn´t allways on your side, now is it? I´ve only
recently found out about this new type of forum called a "blog".
It´s ever so much like an ordinary "site" but without the need to
scribble a vast amount of HTML-code.

But enough of this already!
My soul purpose of this here blog is to spread the gospel according to AC/DC.
And also share my thoughts and expectations about the spanking brand new -
BLACK ICE WORLD TOUR.
